Would I be able to pursue a career into hotel management or airline industry with a MBA?

as I plan to take a MBA I’m looking for different opportunities. Would I be able to pursue a career in hotel management on in the airline industry with a MBA? If yes, what concentration should I choose?

Yes, a MBA could help you rise up in those industries. However, I would suggest that you get some experience within those industries first to understand what you like and dislike.
General management, accounting, finance, marketing and even international business could all be helpful.
