What happens when apt management is given info about one of their tennants growing pot plants in their unit?

How can I get multi unit apartment management experience ?
I do have housing management experience, just not apartment complex. I’d like to get hands on with Yardi software. I am willing to work part time for free to get the experince. Any advice?
