I got a job in mcdonald new delhi as a management trainee, training period will be for 6 months, after that i’ll be promoted as assistant manager. What are the growth prospects and my earning potential while working in mcdonald?

I am middle aged and don’t want to accept a job if it really isn’t management training. Also, they say 49 hour work weeks. Is that for real? What do I need to know that they are not telling me?

The company has offered me a demotion as a pharmacy technician, which would pay like $10 an hour. I got another month in my management trainee position, so what can I do with it if I look for jobs elsewhere? I want to get out of retail.
