does yahoo handle third party sales finances?

Author: I have a guy who wants to sell a motorcycle and wants me to send the money to something he calls Yahoofinance to act like an escrow account till I am satisfied with the motorcycle. Does Yahoo offer these services?
How would you classify an owner finance note sold to a third party?
I have income that I need to classify for the accountant. My boss sold some owner financed notes to a third party. I don’t know how to classify the income.
What general insurance covers management for costs should it be sued by or wishes to sue a third party?
Further clarification: Can this General Liability Insurance be applied when the insured is SUEING ie the insured is the PLAINTIFF? I have always understood that this type of insurance only covers costs if the insured is the defendant or is BEING SUED.
