Does anyone know some finance companies other than banks that will help with a business start up loan for my retail store?

I am presently working as Administrative Secretary for a Nursing Trade Union for the 8 years. I want to change career. I am intending to do certificate in human resource managment(HRM) and i want to know what are the job prospects with a certificate in HRM.

I own a peice of properity that was given to me by a relative worth roughly $15,000.00. I also owe about the same amount on some credit card charges. If I build a house on that properity is there any way to borrow enough to pay the cards off at the same time. I guess it would be a consolidation in a manner of speaking. I do own the properity free and clear no liens or anything.
Other houses in the same developement where I own the land have sold in the 150′s to the 220′s range depending on size and location but those prices include the land which I already own.

I’m trying to discover the # of US home mortgages and auto loans financed by banks in the US and the average value of each type of loan. It’s for a school project.

I am a recent grad with an associate degree in Business Administration/Management. I want to gain experience in finance-ultimately finding a job as a financial/research analyst for a firm. Keeping in mind I only have an associate degree right now, what type of job opportunities are out there for someone with my interests that would allow me to gain experience in the field?

Just curious, but something sounds, uh, not right, about this.

I have a bachelor’s degree in English and I’m looking into a master’s degree in Management. I’m not quite sure if this is a lucrative field though…with the economy hiccupping and all…will this area ensure financial security? I’m just saying….

I need to create a report to show the benefits and savings of sending employees home on unpaid time. It would be voluntary so the employees would want to do this. Upper Management does not see the benefits and i would like to make a presentation. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

What is your job like? Do you or did you enjoy studying it? What do you do at work exactly?

I am majoring in marketing and so far I really enjoy it as a subject and I am wondering if it is also enjoyable to work in and what kind of jobs are available.

I tried to search for the best corporate management software but I’m getting mostly reviews from the makers themselves and not much reviews on them from users. Can anyone suggest a good software to buy…
