I am taking an introductory college course in Marketing, and one of my assignments is to write a 10 page report on any subject matter of Marketing of my choice. The ‘catch’ is that I have to interview someone about this subject. I have been trying to think of something but cannot. Can any of you with expertise on Marketing guide me to a good topic that will lead to a 10 page report, and an interview? I was thinking of how American companies do business to promote their products overseas, but some of the big name fast food restaurants I emailed said that due to confidentiality issues they could not assist me with this. I wanted to write a research paper on international marketing, but my professor changed my topic to international consumer behavior. Aren’t those two the same? Please help! Thanks!

“Revenue Management”, if it exists as a recognised discipline, could cover any number of business activities in telecoms companies that affect revenue generation or protection. Areas such as NPD, sales, marketing, fraud, churn, recognition, business process management, etc. But does it have a broadly accepted definition and scope?
