I don’t know anything about it. So, can someone give me a little education on it, how it works and a ballpark fee/price? I have a friend that wants to rent out his home.

I wanted to clarify that we are thinking of going with an actual property management company that collects rent, does leases, and property maintenance on an ongoing basis. Not just a realtor to find a tenant.

we have a chance to purchase a house with owner financing but are being told that we have to notify them of any major improvements on the property….that sounds more like renting with the option to buy to me….can you please clarify the laws pertaining to this?

I am middle aged and don’t want to accept a job if it really isn’t management training. Also, they say 49 hour work weeks. Is that for real? What do I need to know that they are not telling me?

I am on a debt management plan however all of my accounts are now current on the plan. Will this affect my ability to rent a new apartment?
Just to clarify, I did not file bankruptcy but am simply on a debt management plan for making payments.

Looking at buying a property management company with monthly rent roll of 20 K, how much would this company be valued at?

Concidering to rent my house through a property management service, …… a good and reputable serivice. Or

I hardly have any rentors history and not the best credit, but I work alot, and I want to be able to rent a condo. Should I write a letter to the management company telling them my situation, and attach it with my application when I turn it in, or will that not help?

I’m trying to find out if this is something management will allow. The washer would wash the windows and screens from inside the apartment ONLY. No hanging outside the window. How much should I pay for 4 windows?
