I am looking to rent my house out and need referrals to a good reasonably priced management firm.

I am 25 and have been working for a few years. Can anyone recommend any books and/or strategies to help me learn more about how to manage my personal finances? I know the basic about 401k and my Roth IRA. Can you help me prioritize and also suggest some other investment opportunities I should consider beyond my 401k and Roth IRA? Thx!

We manage 36 units and need help organizing ourselves better. To keep track of rent payments, renewals etc., Something fairly easy to learn.

I don’t need it to do anything complicated–just basically a computerized version of a checkbook register for my accounts. If I can enter my transactions when they happen and balance my accounts each month, I don’t need much more.

I am open to new features if they’re useful, but I’ve been using Microsoft Money for awhile and I didn’t see the need to use 99% of its options.

My company is planning to take up training for our staff online, a different approach to the contemporary off line seminars. I would like to know whether any websites out there can help us in delivering best content and trainers on sales, marketing, time management, prospecting, etc,. and how long these web seminars lasts? what’s the price they are going to charge to attend these trainings?

Is downsizing necessary? What alternatives do you recommend as good (human resource) management strategy?
