I am applying for an assistant management position at a company I used to work for and am looking for some advice on how to present myself at the interview as willing and able to manage a small group of peers. How do I prove to them that I can manage without any management experience?

I am about to graduate from college. I am thinking of heading into marketing because of the broad field. Can somebody tell me what I would be doing at an entry level marketing position at a marketing firm. Is it more like cold calling people or what? Thanks

i have a degree in management with an emphasis in marketing, my goal is to become a store manager, preferably a store manager inside the mall because i love fashion, if i start working at a retail store to gain some experience, how long before i get promoted to a management position? I am very creative but no company wants to believe in me (or even call for an interview). Where do these people start? I am sure they’re not born with 10 years of experience
