I have a list of projects that would choke an elephant. I am looking for a simple, free management tool to simplify and organize the key points, time-lines and milestones of these projects.

Management just announced that yearly reviews and job raises will be eliminated in favor of two bonuses based on profit per year. Is this normal?
I was promoted to accounting clerk from receptionist but when I broached the subject, the manager said they do not give raises and I would be taken care of in my bonus.

I live in a small city I guess. There are a lot of ppl and lots of demand. But i don’t know where to start for marketing. There are a lot of houses and apartments around. Many businesses. Tons of people, but i don’t know what to start with. Any ideas?
