So the townhouse we are renting got a new property management company and they are renting the townhouses for a lot less than what we are paying! We are paying $819 for a 2 bed 2 bath which is ridiculous but they don’t require deposits, so anyway the new price of our townhouse that they are renting them for is $750!! Which we could afford rather than what we are right now on top of utilities. Can I do something about this?? Our lease is up in 6 more months and we signed a year lease.

By the way, the car is a Ford.
They can’t afford another engine.

.. so why am I degraded so much when I get a little behind on paying my ENORMOUS utility bills?

I am relocating but don’t want to sell in this market. So I am planning to rent my single-family detached home. What are the options to rent? Should I do this myself or hire a company? Property management fees seem a little high. They charge anywhere from 10-12% of rentals + 1 month finder’s fee. Plus I will have to pay income tax on my rental income. Just need some help to help me think this through. Any help, suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
