What happens to stockholders? What happens to the execs receiving billions in bonuses? Who runs the banks if they are nationalized, the same execs who wrecked their finances?

ok so i have bad credit, cant get financed anywhere so might do in house financing.
The interest rate will be 24.5% on 30 months for
a 8000 vehicle with 2000 down(so really on 6000 loan). How do i calculate how much the finance company will be making off me?

I am told that I should immediately stop paying my credit card bills to get the attention of the lenders, so they will be more open to negotiations. And I should refer all contact to the debt settlement company. Is this normal?
I’m not behind on any bills right now, but it’s looking likely that I will be in a short time.

We are looking into hiring a new proprty management company for our condo. the new management company seems great with the exception of the 7% fee they would charge for all projects that cost over 10k. is this normal? should i be fighting this?

im going to pursue a degree in accountancy at NTU and aims to work in the banking industry. What are the finance courses i can take with an A level cert with zero years of work experience to help me achieve my aim easier. preferably part time courses i can do within a year.

I am finishing school at the end of this year and going straight to university afterwards but I really want to make up my mind on what career path I want to choose and I have kind of decided on event management but would like to know other people’s opinions on this career.
