Just wanted to find out where to start working on to make it a career worthwhile.: The company is a major solution provider for retail, logistics, and supply chain management . I have always owned my own retail convenience store and have never been exposed to working as a retail, logistics, supply chain expert. Any advise on where to start will truly be appreciated. Refer me to any resources where in I can kick-start my learning on Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

And besides Enterprise (Car Rental), Hollister, and Abercrombie. I’m trying to look for a job that offers free management training so that I can enter starting as a manager instead of some lower work position.

I think that buzz marketing would be a great strategy for my company, but I will need someone to implement a plan for me.

I am looking for a comapany that focuses on marketing on the internet. I do not need any other more traditional forms of marketing.

I bought a house ( closure is in process) I need to rent it out and I am looking for a good property management company in Houston.
What do these guys do ? Where do I find them?

I am working overseas and I cannot personally visit the property every other month. What should I do?

We put in an offer on a short sale on day 2 of it’s listing. The bank informed us they were ready to accept our offer, however, they have to wait on a release from the previous bidders. Their bid was accepted but their finances fell through. Does anyone have any information on how long a bank has this obligation? Is there anything we can do to move the process forward.
