Anyone heared about “National Human Resources”, which is a database for job opportunities ?

Is it a reliable site or one of the phishing sites ?

I am looking for a job and I am registering in many sites, but I am afraid that I might get frauded, so I need your help in determining wether this site is a safe one or not.

I think it means job scope of position in HR, and it’s general position title within country.
It’s called to roles of HR as business partner into company, and quite separate organization from GM in country.

I am currently studying for a BTEC National diploma in business management and I am not that keen on university. Can some one give me an idea of what job I could get and what the pay would be like? A link to a site would be good as well.
