What happens to a public companys trademark name if the companys management all quit?

Author: I bought a license to use a trademark from a public company that seems to have closed. The phones have been disconnected all the management are gone and the stock seems to be trading at .00007. The original agreement I had was I could use there trademark as long as I used independently owned and operated under it. Do I still need to do this?

If your name was on a title/deed but not on finances am I eligible for 1st time home owner loan?
My man and I have both been on a deed and title for property and a town home. But neither of us were on the financial contracts. Are we eligible for 1st time home owner loan?

What is the marketing name for when a company recommends you to buy something based on what you are buying?
Companies like Amazon recommend other products based on what you are buying, looking at, or others have bought. What is this strategy called in marketing?
