I am wondering if Legal Management is a useless course in the real world. If I do not go into Law School will I wind up in a call center or in a low paying sales job?

I was not given back any interest, nor did they give back a separate pet deposit, even tho no damages. Can the management (a licensed realtor) keep the interest? I know the security was kept in an interest bearing account for 27 months (I worked for the company at the time). Do I need an attorney to deal with this?

If your finances become difficult because of a life circumstance (such as divorce) that doesn’t mean my character or my work ethic should be compromised. To me that is defamation of character. What happens to a 20+ work career with managment references and promotions becomes compromised due to a life altering change and I choose to keep those private issues just that…private until I am able to resolve??

Let’s say an HOA BOD makes a decision to approve a bid from various vendors. After this approval, the management company then runs out and signs the contract with the vendor without (1) providing the contract to the board for review (2) getting board approval of the contract. Is this contract binding?

I was informed I had a job and given a report date. I drove from Florida to Chicago, IL arrived as scheduled. The job does not involve any finances or handling money yet now I have been asked to sign a paper authorizing a financial and credit investigation. Is this legal?? If not who do I file a complaint with.
