Out of the monthly condo association fees, what is the amount that would normally go to the actually management company for services performed. This is in regards to Indiana, but any states would be a good starting point. I really want to get involved in property management and eventually into renting my own offices/apartments, but I’m really not sure how to get started. I would like to be a property manager first – preferably in a residential setting- so where do I start? Who do I need to talk to? What certifications should I have? Anyone who can help!?

I want to major in sports management, and possibly work for a professional baseball team. Just wondering if anyone has some advice as to getting into that?

Who uses it?
Where does it get the information from?
Is it basically just a spreadsheet that organises the INFORMATION created in the management information system?

I’m not talking about someone who deals with anothers investements. Just personal money management. I’d like to explore it as a career path, though I have no professional experience, just personal.

I’m thinking of buying a home and renting it out. I want to use a property management company to find potential renters and do background checks and write out leases, etc. How much does this cost? And do I only pay them when I have a renter?

When a property is foreclosed and ownership changes, does the property management company contracted by the former owner have any further right to rents or obligations to maintain the property in question?
If possible, please provide a citation for your answer.

I am horrible in math but I’m interested in a business major, specifically marketing. How much math is involved in marketing and what is the least math intensive business major? Thanks.
