I live in an urban area and just found a vacant plot of land between two townhouses. I am interested in building a house with a cutting edge/modern design and eco friendly features. If I buy the land and hire an architect/engineer to design the structure, I have a few people interested in buying the house before it’s built. If I have an offer from them to buy the house, what are my financing options for the construction of the project?

I make under 30K a year, I have a horrible and I mean HORRIBLE credit history because of my ex wife’s mismanagement of our finances. I want to be able to purchase my grandmother’s house back but it is valued by the bank at 500K
I know but the question is ALTERNATIVE ways!!

Well I just found out that my sister is srung out on crack cocain, she does not work, she lives off the state and her boyfriend, she has a fifteen year old son and uses all his child support on drugs. The boyfriend keeps giving in to her and doing for her, She gets a medical card from the state and gets free pain meds then sells the meds for crack, she gets a foodstamp card to buy groceries for her and her son but sells the card for crack each month. The son knows that she is on drugs but does not know how to confront her, he is afraid that she will go off on him…………..Desperatly in need of help

…say u sell when u r motivated….and the mortgage is not yet paid off….who now assumes the remaining debt u owe the bank…?

If I use a property management company to rent my house out and the tenant decides to sue, is s/he going to sue the property management company or me? The lease would be between the tenant and the property management company. Please provide any research resources in your answer.

My apartment lease is up February 15, 2010. We put on an offer on a house and are waiting to see if we can get mutual agreement. I will have to give 30 day notice to our apartment management. (So within the next couple of days) But what if our house deal falls through for some reason and we won’t get the house? Will we get kicked our of our apartment because we gave notice? Can we revoke our notice? I don’t want to end up homeless…

I am currently looking for a job and I have found several listings for open houses for local restaurants for management positions. I have never been to one of these, so I would like to know basically how they work and what I should expect.

I have a house in Naples Florida that I decided to not sell yet after moving out. I’d like to have it rented but don’t want to go through the hassle of managing it while I live in the west coast. I can’t find a management agency online, or don’t know where to start.
