I know…I know… there are a lot of other variables ivolved. However, if you had to give a straight from the hip answer about this question, what would you say? On average, how much per year does a guy have to earn if he wants to live in a house worth $300,000?

We just paid off our house and property today. We have approx 45,000.00 in equity in the real estate. Our house is 750sq ft. We have a 8yr old daughter and a 6 yr old son. My credit score is around 400 or so. ALot of people around here are building metal buildings and living in them since they are so cheap. We can have a building built and living in for 20,000.00. Thats an open floor plan but with bathrooms. Where can a person in our situation go to get financed. We understand we will be paying high interest rates.

We dont want to buy from an individual or lease to own. With that much equity, where can you go to borrow against your equity to build a new place to live?

My husband and I are considering this and we have no idea where to start. Can someone share the process — do we have to get a bank loan first, then find land ourselves, then choose the home, or what? And can anyone recommend a builder? We’re looking to build in or around Levittown, PA.

I own a peice of properity that was given to me by a relative worth roughly $15,000.00. I also owe about the same amount on some credit card charges. If I build a house on that properity is there any way to borrow enough to pay the cards off at the same time. I guess it would be a consolidation in a manner of speaking. I do own the properity free and clear no liens or anything.
Other houses in the same developement where I own the land have sold in the 150′s to the 220′s range depending on size and location but those prices include the land which I already own.

We have a second home that was our original first home. We rented it out for a while (three years) and the tenants (family) are buying it from us now. We would like to report monthly their payments..balance and so on. We feel that they deserve this, but do not know how to go about doing so, since we are not a “business” or actual finance company. I would like to know if anyone knows how to go about doing this. Thanks.

My credit score is not that good but I have a good paying job had to send family tons of money I live in a home now i rent with the buy option is there any company that will pay off my debts and finance my home that i have been living in for two years so that i can get out of debt is this possible.

My husband and I desperately need a new vehicle, but we are in the middle of purchasing our first home. I need to know how long we have to wait before being able to finance a car. Thank you for your help!

not afford the payments that if i badged out that i can be sued i have ben and my home for over a year and now behind on my payments and all so in a chapter 13 for behind payments i pulled all my 401k out to put money down on this home it was my FIRST home

I’m trying to discover the # of US home mortgages and auto loans financed by banks in the US and the average value of each type of loan. It’s for a school project.

I don’t know anything about it. So, can someone give me a little education on it, how it works and a ballpark fee/price? I have a friend that wants to rent out his home.
