What happens if a finance company never repossesses a vehicle that has been discharged in bankruptcy? No payments have been made in 14 months…Bankruptcy discharged in June of this year. Finance company has our current address and phone number.

Would they call the police or handle it themselves? USA
And does such behavior of tennants make apartment management legally liable/responsible for anything?

I bought a license to use a trademark from a public company that seems to have closed. The phones have been disconnected all the management are gone and the stock seems to be trading at .00007. The original agreement I had was I could use there trademark as long as I used independently owned and operated under it. Do I still need to do this?

Im a 22 year old full time college student with a part time job. About three months ago I joined in charge debt solutions because I thought it would be easier for me to manage my credit card bills that way. However now after joining, I’m realizing that Im unable to keep up with the payments Im making to them. It’s like after my other bills and this payment are taken out every month, I hardly have any money left and I think I’ve put myself in a bind. If I leave the program now will this mess up my credit, will it make it harder for me to join a debt management program in the future, will my creditors be resistant to work things out with me in the future because of this? I simply just can’t afford to be in the program now.

I was just informed that my property management company is canceling their contract with the owner of my apartment. What does this mean for the rental agreement since it refers specifically to the property management company as the landlord? Apparently the owner has not been paying them. At the same time I received a notice that my water is going to be shut off because the owner is not paying the home owner’s association fees.
