I’m planning to “flip” a house in the midwest, but I’m not sure how to go about financing. I plan to purchase the house for $130k, spend $20k in repairs, and sell for $160k. I would need to finance the purchase and repairs.

1) I don’t know what type of loan to go with

2) I don’t know if it’s better to go to a bank, like National City, a financing company, like CitiFinancial, or a different type of company…

I need a SW program for customers that I regularly email and mail marketing materials to. I’ve been using ACT and I’m hiring someone who is great in many ways but does not know anything about ACT & will have to be trained. If there is something better out there now, I want to get it and she can learn it and train me. Any suggestions?? Thanks.

Would the credit card company write the debt off

Most of these marketing firms generates the same lead info at a high price? Isn’t this info part of public information? Is it fairly easy to research and find with alittle effort?

I am in charge of sales for a developer in Mississippi and I have a few marketing groups that are bringing contracts, I know not to put all the eggs in one basket so I would like to start to develop new leads I know the Europeans are buying allot of US investments, what is the best way to link up with those investment groups or marketing groups that have established leads and need the best product with the best exit strategy.
