I applied for a job at Waste Management in Saginaw Michigan and will be riding in the truck (not driving) if I can get the job. I hear that they pay well and I have not had an official interview yet but I was just wondering what I could expect for an hourly wage. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Well thanks for the enlightenment. I am already expecting hourly pay. I was wondering what they got paid per hour.

Many employees in the Dutch Rabobank appreciate this organisation because it cares for its employees and because good relationships between employees are valued positively. The management of this bank, however, doubts if this culture is adequate in a time where competition in the banking world is increasing, as a consequence of European integration and globalisation. How would you describe the tension between the view of management and the feeling of the employees in terms of Cameron and Quinn’s competing values model?
