What general insurance covers management for costs should it be sued by or wishes to sue a third party?

Author: Further clarification: Can this General Liability Insurance be applied when the insured is SUEING ie the insured is the PLAINTIFF? I have always understood that this type of insurance only covers costs if the insured is the defendant or is BEING SUED.

Where I can find home owners Insurance policy for a Rental Property that also covers the Property Management?
We have a property management company that handles our rental property. They require us to carry a homeowners policy with THEIR name on our policy for liability. This type of policy does not seem to be the norm and therefore is hard to find. Can anyone assist? The home is in Texas. Thanks!
