I want to buy another home, move, & then sell my old home. Are there ways to finance the new home using the equity of the old home to secure the loan?

I have Narcolepsy and the meds, after fighting for insurance to cover them, are still $100+ each / month. I am a student and work, finances are tight. I’d like to seek out new career opportunities, but fear insurance will not cover any of the treatment or meds. Any information, references, etc are appreciated!

As we know, to be effective, a Marketing Objective must be realistic and attainable, or the marketing objective is meaningless, and we may simply create one: to increase sales by 80% in the small-business segment of the market during the next 12 months, which might sounds abit unrealistic.

Before coming up with a good marketing objective statement, what kind of research or analysis shall I pay attention to?

What kind of information shall I obtain from the company? or research the market out there in order to come up with a good marketing statement?

Sales figure of the product in the past 12 months?

Profit in the past twelve month?

Current Consumers Profile?

i have a degree in management with an emphasis in marketing, my goal is to become a store manager, preferably a store manager inside the mall because i love fashion, if i start working at a retail store to gain some experience, how long before i get promoted to a management position? I’m also going to school full time right now, working on MBA.

I am looking at a small business. I was given financial info on it, and I believe I know what’s happening, but I’d just like some confirmation.

Gross sales–$110,206.00
Costs of goods sold (does this mean supplies?)–$35,608
Business Expenses (I’m guessing this means rent, utilities, mortgage, wages, etc.)–$43,658

This number comes out to about the net profit of $30,940.

Does this sound like a good business to buy? The present business has been around for a few years and is still running. The numbers over the years show consistency, but no large growth. I have several plans for the business to grow steadily and gradually, as well as what I consider to be a solid business plan. I have experience and education in the field of this business. Any answers and input would be appreciated. Thanks.
