We use a property management company to manage our out-of-state rental properties. We found out that there are several bills overdue for work done on our properties that the property manager hasn’t paid. Now they are declaring bankruptcy. Will we be responsible for these bills because it was for work done on our property, even though the bills are in the property management company’s name?

We are filing a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and it is due to be discharged by May. How long after that can we finance a car for a decent rate?

What happens if a finance company never repossesses a vehicle that has been discharged in bankruptcy? No payments have been made in 14 months…Bankruptcy discharged in June of this year. Finance company has our current address and phone number.
