I’m preparing for an interview for team lead marketing (banking), please help me with some questions which are very common in such interviews, i know its wierd to ask such questions and kindly excuse me for this too, however looking and asking for help and I’m sure I will get it here.

I am a recent college graduate with a degree in Marketing and Communications. I am going in for an interview soon with two companies and I want to know what sort of questions they would ask regarding my education. Would they ask anything specific about what I studied (ie. What are the 4 P’s of Marketing), or would it be more about my experience and where I want to go in the future? If so, I might want to brush up on a few things.

I am a Human Resource Management Major and I have an interview with the Cleveland-Redcross for an internship. I worked as a nursing assistant most of my life and this is my first interview in the Business sector. I am not sure what to expect.

I know there are macro and micro management styles but that doesn’t seem to get the correct response. A hypothetical case: if you subordinates prepare an analysis that does not in your experience give the correct result that you are looking for what do you say to them?
