I have been called by Financial Management Consultants. They told me they could give me a loan but I would have to buy insurance in the amount of $760.00. I would get this back after I had made 3 months of payments. The Private Lender is asking for this amount of insurance. The reason being because I am such a high risk. Has anyone heard of these people? I saw on the computer a rating for some financial people but unable to find it now. Could someone please help me locate some information on these people? They are on the east coast because of the time difference between me and them.

We have a Property Management business and it is growing by leaps. From reading the Florida Statutes, we are trying to make sure we are within the law. We work with a Realtor who is employeed by a broker. I understand we need an Escrow account for the tenants Security Deposits but how is this account to be set up and why?
Any classes you know of or information you can provide is appreciated. We deal mainly with Residential Single Family Homes.

Does anyone know of a good records management company in Melbourne that specifically deals with accounts work. I know there are a few general services listed in the Yellow Pages- but I wanted one that was more accounts / business focused?

Can anyone give me some directions on what kind of online courses i could take to enhance my education in the construction management field ? It seems every construction firm is looking for college graduates in that area since the big economy crunch. I am 46 years old and need to do something to enhance my worth on paper.
