Still young and ignorant, I really don’t know where to start.
I want to learn anything I can about creating and managing my own business.
Is there anything anyone could refer me too?
As far as I know, the marketing classes in school are a complete waste of my time.

Last Friday morning I was awakend by drops of water coming from my ceiling in my bedroom. My apartment manager came at 6:45 am and by then I have have 5 pots covering the water that was coming out of my ceiling. my mattress was soaking wet. The property management does not want to replace the mattress saying that i need renters insurance. but it was not my fault the upstairs apartments water heater took a dive. and I got all the misery. What can I do? what are my rights.

construction needs a lot of careful planning and management of things if any good website is available for gain of knowledge it will be beneficial to many specially small construction projects of below 5 crores

What college major would best prepare me?

When the job requires social relationships after work, white will hire white only. When the job does not require social relationships, white will be more free to hire nonwhites because they will not have to have social relationships with them after work. This does not make whiteman racist, but the result is the same, colored people do not get into upper management because they do not fit the whiteman’s social circle.

Is there a way to find out if a company has been sold or is listed for sale without asking upper management or a lawyer?

Can someone tell me about Brand Management? What are main duties in this career? What should you have to be able to excel in this career? What kind of schooling do you need to go through? Is the salary any good?

Would it just be a secretary with a specialty? No disrespect intended I just need a to the point idea. Thanks!
